Scunthorpe winger Andy Barcham has lambasted his side's performance in the 3-2 defeat to Leyton Orient.
Barcham's brace was not enough to stop the Os from lifting themselves off the bottom of League One at Glanford Park.
And 24-year-old Barcham knows they must raise their levels in future.
"We only have ourselves to blame. The performance wasn't there," Barcham told the club's official website.
"I thought we were fortunate to go in a goal ahead at half-time, and we never capitalised or took advantage of it.
"We didn't lift our performance. We all know it wasn't right. You can't afford to perform like that against teams like Orient because if the performance isn't there you won't get the result."
