Peterborough's Gabby Zakuani is one man relishing the international break as he looks to recover from a broken toe.
The 25-year-old defender has received pain-killing injections to allow him to play despite the injury.
He is now pleased to have the opportunity to rest for a couple of weeks before Posh return to action against Bristol City on 15th October.
"I've been getting four a game, two before and two at half-time," Zakuani told Radio Cambridgeshire.
"I think I need to just stay off it for the whole time, because I've not trained for nearly two months.
"It's really tough because I'm in a lot of pain in the last 10 to 15 minutes of the first half and towards the end of the game as well.
"But when the adrenaline's pumping and the stadium's full you don't really think about it too much."
Good start
Zakuani feels Peterborough have made a decent start to the season, despite the 2-1 home reverse to struggling Doncaster on Saturday.
Posh's second home loss has sent them tumbling from eighth to 13th in the Championship table, but Zakuani is looking at the bigger picture.
"We'd have settled for that many points at this stage of the season when we kicked off," he told the Peterborough Evening Telegraph.
"And from what we've seen so far there is no reason for us to worry about going down. We can certainly hold our own and perhaps do even better than that."
