PSV Eindhoven goalkeeper Przemyslaw Tyton has been allowed to leave hospital after suffering a serious head injury during Sunday's 2-2 draw with Ajax.
The 24-year-old was knocked unconscious following a collision with team-mate Timothy Derijck in only his third appearance for PSV.
Poland international Tyton, on loan from Roda JC, was consequently taken to hospital, where he spent the night.
A brain scan has since revealed the only damage to be concussion and the keeper has returned home.
However, it remains unclear how long Tyton will be out for.
PSV club doctor Rolf Timmermans told Uefa's official website: "Everything is stable. It seems he got off pretty lightly but it is too soon to predict how long he will need to fully recover."
