Ajax forward Miralem Sulejmani is facing at least two weeks out with injury.
The Serb picked up a hamstring knock during Wednesday night's UEFA Champions League opener against Lyon, which ended in a goalless draw.
Sulejmani limped off midway through the second half after sustaining the injury to his left hamstring and tests will reveal the extent of the problem.
He will definitely miss the Eredivisie trip to PSV Eindhoven on Sunday and is also a major doubt for the domestic games against FC Twente and FC Noordwijk as well as the Champions League clash with Real Madrid.
