Kahlenberg 'stressed out'

Midfielder frustrated at Wolfsburg's stance

Kahlenberg: Wants to get his future at Wolfsburg sorted

Wolfsburg midfielder Thomas Kahlenberg has revealed that he is not happy at just training with the reserves despite being fully fit.

It has been almost four weeks since the Denmark international recovered from a heel injury but he has been made to train with Wolves' reserve team.

Kahlenberg is frustrated at his current situation and says that this is a clear indication from the Bundesliga club that they are not interested in his services anymore.

"I am stressed out," the 28-year-old told Spox.com. "Actually, I am unaware how long I am going to take part in training with the reserves, if it is one month or until I have left the club.

"It's basically a strong signal that Wolfsburg do not have me in their plans for the future. Even if I were to be back in the first team, I would likely not be given starting opportunities.

"It's frustrating but still I will only act in a professional way."

Kahlenberg joined the former German champions at the start of the 2009-10 season but has played in just 26 Bundesliga matches for them since then.
