New signing Jason Price can't wait to get started at Morecambe despite playing against the Shrimps on the opening day of the season.
The 34-year-old has signed a four-month deal after his contract with Barnet expired and is determined to make an impression. "I played against Morecambe on the opening day of the season for Barnet and, although I was on the winning side, I was impressed with Morecambe and really impressed with the surroundings," he told the club's official website. "The club and the ground remind me of Doncaster Rovers. It has a very family friendly feel and I am really looking forward to my first training session. "I have heard a lot of good things about Jim Bentley and I hope they can maintain the type of form that they have shown so far."
