Chesterfield have suffered a further injury blow with the news that Jamie Lowry has a broken toe.

The 24-year-old was absent from the squad that drew 0-0 at home to Leyton Orient on Saturday. Manager John Sheridan said: "Jamie Lowry has broken his little toe and I think he should be out for a couple of weeks with that." Veteran striker Jack Lester suffered a broken arm at the weekend that is expected to keep him out for around three months.
