Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness believes talented winger Arjen Robben will extend his contract in the coming months.
The 27-year-old, formerly of Chelsea and Real Madrid, still has two years left on his deal with the Allianz Arena outfit.
Hoeness sees the Dutchman as part of the club's long-term future and he is keen to retain him on new and improved terms.
The Bayern supremo remains quietly confident Robben will be putting pen-to-paper in the near future.
"He has a contract for this season and next, but I have a feeling that he will renew his deal in the coming months," he revealed.
Hoeness added that the injury-prone Robben "knows he is in good hands at Bayern, medically too".
He said: "We all know that he always has an injury to his back or somewhere else, and our medical team, led by Dr Hans-Wilhelm Muller-Wohlfahrt, is the best in the world."
