Barnet have confirmed they have rejected a bid from League One side Charlton for winger Mark Marshall.
The Addicks moved for the 24-year-old on Tuesday, a story first revealed on skysports.com.
However, the Bees have snubbed the offer although Marshall still has a chance of leaving before the summer transfer window closes.
Manager Lawrie Sanchez revealed Charlton's bid was rejected, stating it was "far from what he is worth".
Although the door remains open to leave as Sanchez added: "If the right opportunity for a move comes in we'll consider it."
