Skysports.com understands Reading are lining up a move for Millwall defender Paul Robinson.
Robinson: Attracting interest from Championship rivals Reading
Reading boss Brian McDermott is keen to bring in a new central defender after losing Matt Mills to Leicester and he is targeting a move for Robinson.
McDermott watched Millwall's draw at home to Peterborough last week and casting an eye over Robinson is thought to be the reason for his attendance at the game.
Robinson has established himself as one of the best stoppers in the Championship over the last couple of seasons after a number of consistent performances.
Millwall would be reluctant to lose Robinson, as he is currently the captain of Kenny Jackett's side and is under contract at The Den until 2013.
