Reported Sunderland target Pavel Pogrebnyak has dismissed speculation he is set to leave Stuttgart this summer.
The Russia international is thought to be wanted by Stadium of Light boss Steve Bruce, who has already signed 10 players in the current transfer window.
Pogrebnyak has also been linked with big-spending Russian outfit Anzhi but, ahead of Saturday's Bundesliga game against Bayer Leverkusen, the 27-year-old insists he is going nowhere.
He told kicker-Sportmagazin: "I have not been in touch with anyone. I am just focusing on Stuttgart. I like it here and I want to remain here."
Former Zenit St Petersburg star Pogrebnyak has just 12 months remaining on his current contract and has been forced to play back-up to Cacau at Stuttgart.
Sunderland have also been linked with Freiburg striker Papiss Demba Cisse for more than a year.
