Doncaster Rovers have bolstered their defence by signing Reece Brown on a one-month loan deal from Manchester United.

The 19-year-old will be drafted straight into the Rovers squad for Tuesday's Championship game against Nottingham Forest.

Brown is a product of the United Academy where he graduated through the ranks before signing his first professional contract in 2009.

He played in this summer's Under-20 World Cup in Colombia and helped England to keep three clean sheets in four games.

Brown is the brother of former United and England defender Wes, who left the club this summer for Sunderland.
