Skysports.com understands that Arsenal utility man Emmanuel Eboue has signed a four-year contract with Galatasaray.
The Ivory Coast international jetted out to Turkey on Monday to finalise his move to Galatasaray.
Earlier on Monday, Galatasaray confirmed they were in talks with the Gunners over acquiring the 28-year-old's services.
Eboue, who joined Arsenal from Beveren in 2005, is the second Arsenal departure this week following Cesc Fabregas' switch to Barcelona.
In all, the versatile performer has made 132 Premier League appearances for Arsenal, but he will now continue his career in Turkey.
