Blues thought to be interested in Ghanaian stopper
Ghanaian defender Samuel Inkoom says it would be a 'dream' to join Chelsea after being linked with a Stamford Bridge move.
Reports in Africa claim new Blues boss Andre Villas-Boas is keen on the 22-year-old right-back, who currently plays for Ukrainian side Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk.
Dnripro are believed to have valued Inkoom, who has also been linked with Aston Villa and Fulham, at between €4-6million.
The youngster, who would link up with Ghana team-mate Michael Essien if he made the move to West London, is hoping the Blues will make an offer.
"To be honest the day I heard Chelsea were interested in me, I was very happy," Inkoom told skysports.com.
"Who would not like to be linked with such a big club, with world class players?
"It is a dream club for any player, specifically for young African players like me. Hopefully it will happen."
