Portuguese striker expected to join Vitoria Setubal
Skysports.com understands Everton striker Joao Silva is set to join Vitoria Setubal on a season-long loan.
The 21-year-old moved to Goodison Park from Desportivo Das Aves last summer, but has yet to establish himself in David Moyes' first team.
Moyes is keen for Silva to gain some match experience and is therefore prepared to let the youngster leave on a temporary basis.
The Portugal Under-21 international, who signed a three-year contract when joining Everton, spent time on loan at Uniao Leiria in the second half of last season.
While back in his homeland with Leiria, his best showing was in a 3-3 draw with giants Benfica when he bagged a brace.
