Moussa Sow insists he will not leave Lille without their blessing, as reports link him with Inter Milan.
The Senegalese striker played a leading role for Lille as they took the French title last season, ending the campaign as their top scorer.
His exploits have fuelled rumours suggesting he could follow fellow frontman Gervinho - who has joined Arsenal - out of the exits this summer.
Sow is aware of the speculation, but claims he has no intention of breaking his current contract.
He is prepared to remain at Lille for as long as they want him and insists he will only move on if the club decide to sell.
Sow told skysports.com: "I am at Lille at the moment.
"I have heard the rumours about Inter but there has been nothing concrete.
"I have a contract with Lille so if I am going to leave the club it will be with their approval.
"At the moment I am looking forward to next season in the Champions League and proving myself at the top level."
