Standard Liege starlet Eliaquim Mangala has attracted interest from England, according to his agent.
Valencia have looked like landing the 20-year-old for most of the summer, but they have thus far failed to push through a deal.
Portuguese giants Benfica and Porto have also been linked to the highly-rated French Under-21 international but his agent Fabrizio Ferrari says he wants to move to Spain or England.
"His future is in Spain or England," Ferrari told the Portuguese media.
"Currently this is where he has received the most attractive offers, but nothing is signed yet.
"The dream was always was to find Mangala a competitive league like the Spanish or English."
The identity of the English clubs interested is not known, although both Newcastle and Bolton have been linked by sources in Belgium.
