Bayern Munich star Arjen Robben has played down fears he has suffered a serious ankle injury.
The Holland international had to leave the pre-season Audi Cup match with AC Milan on Tuesday night following a challenge from Taye Taiwo.
But after having a scan on his ankle, the 27-year-old winger claims the problem is not as severe as first feared.
"The injury is not so bad," he said. "It is a capsule injury. There is a small crack.
"We'll now have to look from day to day for what happens next."
Bayern are already having to do without another of their star players, Franck Ribery.
The France winger suffered ankle ligament damage during training on Sunday and now faces a race against time to be fit for Bayern's Bundesliga opener against Borussia Monchengladbach on 7th August.
