Monchengladbach midfielder linked to Napoli

The agent of Michael Bradley has revealed the Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder would like to play in Italy and claims Napoli are interested. Bradley, who spent time on loan at Aston Villa last season, is expected to secure a permanent move away from Germany this summer. He has set his sights on Serie A as his preferred destination, according to representative Alberto Faccini, and has been linked with Napoli. Faccini claims Bradley would be a perfect signing for Napoli, especially if Walter Gargano leaves before the transfer window closes. "Several important Italian clubs are interested in my client," the agent told Radio Crc. "Napoli is one of them, I had contact with Napoli, but there are no ongoing negotiations. "In my opinion, Bradley could be the ideal player for their game because (Napoli's coach, Walter) Mazzarri might have a good alternative to Gargano, if he goes away. "I don't know how much is his cost but I know he has another year of contract. "The player has expressed a willingness to play in Italy, now the Italian club have to come forward."
