Ashley Williams is in talks with Swansea over extending his stay at the Liberty Stadium, according to his agent.
The defender, who is under contract with the Swans until 2013, played a key role in their promotion-winning campaign last season.
His performances have reportedly sparked interest from a host of clubs, including fellow Premier League newcomers QPR and Norwich, as well as West Brom.
Williams' agent, Jamie Moralee, claims Swansea have received some unsuccessful offers for the Wales international this summer.
But he insists the 26-year-old is happy with Brendan Rodgers' side and is currently in discussions over a new deal.
He told the Daily Star: "We are in early negotiations with the club to extend his deal by another year or two.
"There have been other clubs looking at him and there have been a couple of bids but he is happy with his football in Wales and with Swansea."
