Ipswich Town manager Paul Jewell has confirmed Millwall have rejected two bids for midfielder James Henry.
Jewell has made the former Reading man one of his top transfer targets this summer as he looks to reshape his squad at Portman Road.
Henry impressed for Millwall last season and Lions boss Kenny Jackett is determined to keep the 21-year-old at the Den.
Jewell admits they are unlikely to make a third bid for Henry and he will now look elsewhere for midfield additions.
"We had a bid for James Henry turned down by Millwall. That was the second bid we've put in," said Jewell.
"It's been rejected by Millwall and they've told us he's not for sale, so that's probably dead that one, so we're looking elsewhere."
