Defender arrives at Oakwell on two-year deal

Barnsley have swooped to sign defender Rob Edwards following his release from Blackpool.

The 28-year-old was let go by the Seasiders at the end of the season and has now arrived at Oakwell as a free agent.
Tykes boss Keith Hill has given the full-back a two-year deal and is delighted to have brought in such an experienced and talented player.
"It's an absolutely superb signing, I'm just really pleased to have got him on board," Hill told Radio Sheffield.
