West Brom star Jerome Thomas has urged his team-mates to aim high as they attempt to gatecrash the Premier League top 10 next season.
The Black Country outfit produced a fine campaign last term after the arrival of Roy Hodgson in February, with the club finishing in 11th position.
It was the best finish to a season they have had in nearly 30 years and now Thomas is keen for the Baggies to start thinking big.
Players are now only a week away from gathering for their first pre-season training schedule with expectation building ahead of the opening game of the season at home to Manchester United.
And the winger believes the club should continue as they left off last season and aim for an even higher finish.
He said: "I always aim high, I said that about the team, and it's no different with my individual goals."
