Up To £30 Free Matched Bet understands that a host of clubs are chasing Preston striker Chris Brown.

The tall frontman has just come out of contract with the Lilywhites so has attracted a wealth of interest given he is available on a free transfer.

The 26-year-old was unable to steer Preston to Championship survival last season, scoring just once in 20 appearances.

Brown made a £400,000 move from Norwich in January 2008 and went on to score 18 goals in 106 league games for North End, 38 as a substitute.

After coming through the youth ranks at Sunderland, he scored nine goals in 33 league starts for the Black Cats before joining Norwich in January 2007.
