Swindon Town have finally confirmed the capture of Joe Devera from League Two rivals Barnet.
Devera, 24, was the Bees' player of the year last season and has turned down a new contract at Underhill to link up with new Robins boss Paolo Di Canio.
A product of Barnet's youth system, and with 200 games under his belt for the club, Devera has officially penned a two-year contract at Swindon.
News broke of his impending move earlier this week, and he told Swindon's official website: "It's been a long wait but I am delighted to have got everything sorted.
"It was time I moved on from Barnet and I've been aware of Swindon for quite a while. I have played here at the County Ground for Barnet and it's a great set-up."
He added: "Last season was a busy one with what happened at Barnet but I'm delighted to be a Swindon player and I cannot wait for the season to start."
