Skysports.com understands a number of clubs are eyeing moves for former Portsmouth striker Danny Webber.
Webber is available on a free transfer after seeing out his contract at Fratton Park.
The former Manchester United man is back to full fitness almost a year after suffering a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in March 2010.
Webber featured for Portmsouth at the back end of last season, making eight appearances in the side.
News of Webber's availability on a free transfer has alerted a number of Championship clubs who are looking to bolster their attacking options this summer.
