Thomas Sorensen has declared that he is hoping to enter into negotiations with Stoke regarding his salary.
The Dane agreed a reduced salary when he signed his latest deal in return for a bonus every time he plays.
However, Sorensen is unhappy after losing his place in the regular starting XI to Asmir Begovic.
He made just ten league appearances last season and is not prepared to continue with the current pay deal.
"When I signed my latest contract it was from the perspective that I was the starting keeper," Sorensen said in The Sun.
"We agreed my salary with a bonus based on performances. I'm not interested in a reduced salary. All I hope for is dialogue."
