Sevilla have warned Liverpool and Tottenham that Argentina winger Diego Perotti will not be on the move this summer.
The Premier League duo are reported to be among a host of clubs who have shown an interest in the former Deportivo Moron man, who moved to Spain in 2007.
Juventus are also understood to be monitoring the progress of the talented 22-year-old, but the Spanish side will not entertain any offers.
Sevilla president Jose Maria Del Nido has informed any interested parties that one of their star men will not be heading for the exit in the transfer window.
Del Nido said: "He is not for sale. Clubs in England an Italy have called us to ask about him.
"But our answer remains the same. He does not have a price because we do not want to sell."
