Skysports.com understands Peterborough and Sheffield Wednesday have bid for Dagenham & Redbridge midfielder Danny Green.
Green is attracting the interest of a host of clubs with Dagenham facing a battle to keep hold of the player following their relegation.
The 22-year-old was one of the best performers in League One last season, netting 13 goals from midfield.
Championship new boys Peterborough have held a long-term interest in the former Bishop's Stortford man and they have now firmed up their interest with a bid.
League One hopefuls Wednesday are also keen on landing Green with Gary Megson keen to build a side capable of challenging for promotion after a disappointing campaign last term.
It remains be seen if Peterborough's and Wednesday's bids will be enough for Dagenham to sell the talented attacker.
