Real Zaragoza are understood to be planning a summer swoop for Celtic's Efrain Juarez.
The Mexico international has struggled to make an impact with the Scottish Premier League club following his arrival from Pumas UNAM last summer.
The 23-year-old made just five SPL starts under Neil Lennon and tallied just 19 appearances in total throughout the campaign.
Now Spanish outfit Zaragoza, who are managed by Juarez's compatriot Javier Aguirre, are reported to be preparing a bid in the region of 3.5million euros.
Juarez's agent Jorge Berlanga confirmed his client, who can play at wing-back or in midfield, is keen to secure regular football.
Berlanga said: "Efrain would prefer to stay in Europe and there is interest from a club in Spain.
"He never got as much football as he'd have liked in Scotland and it's all about getting games."
