Wycombe Wanderers midfielder Matt Bloomfield has signed a new one-year deal with the Chairboys.
The 27-year-old, who was out of contract, has made more than 250 appearances for the Chairboys since joining in 2003 and he played a key role in the recent promotion to League One.
Bloomfield is thrilled at signing the deal, which will keep him at Adams Park until 2012.
He told the club's official website: "I was delighted to be offered a new deal because everyone knows how much the club means to me. There was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to stay and I'm already looking forward to next season."
Manager Gary Waddock said: "I'm pleased that another important player has agreed to stay with the group.
"He's been a fantastic servant to the club and his level of performance last season was outstanding, which is why he deserves another contract and the chance to play in League One again."
