Aberdeen forward Chris Maguire is still hopeful of securing a move to Championship side Derby County.
Maguire, who is away with Scotland on Carling Nations Cup duty, has already agreed personal terms with the Rams after seeing out his contract at Pittodrie.
Aberdeen are entitled to compensation for the Scotland international with the fee thought to be holding up the proposed move.
However, Maguire is confident a deal will be thrashed out to allow him to make the move to Pride Park.
"I have obviously spoken to them, but I don't want to go too much into it," Maguire told Sky Sports News.
"I have spoken with them, my agent has spoken with them, but that is all I can say at this moment in time."
Maguire is relishing the prospect of making the move to England with Derby.
"It's massive, ask anybody associated with football," added Maguire.
"Derby is a massive club and that is one reason why I have thought so hard about it.
"Nothing is finalised yet so it might not happen, but hopefully something will happen when I go home."
