Peter Crouch could be a doubt for England's Euro 2012 qualifier with Switzerland in June due to a head injury.
The striker sustained concussion in the first half of Tottenham's 2-1 victory which relegated Birmingham on the final day of the Premier League season.
Crouch had to be substituted following a clash of heads with Curtis Davies and manager Harry Redknapp is not certain over the 30-year-old's fitness
The forward would be a likely inclusion for England manager Fabio Capello when Switzerland visit Wembley on 4th June.
But after the victory over Birmingham, which secured fifth place and Europa League football for Tottenham, Redknapp said: "Crouchy had a bit of concussion I think.
"He got a terrible black eye. I don't know if he'll be fit for England. They (the medical staff) are looking at him now."
Crouch has scored 22 goals in just 42 appearances for England since making his debut in 2005.
