Skysports.com understands that several clubs are tracking Yeovil Town's highly-rated defender Nathan Smith.
The left-back has starred for the Glovers over the past three seasons, making 114 appearances after being snapped up from non-league football.
Smith played for Enfield, Waltham Forest and Potters Bar Town before making the smooth transition to League One football.
The 24-year-old has been offered a new deal at Huish Park, but Preston, Leyton Orient and Chesterfield are all monitoring Smith's future.
Smith will weigh up his options before deciding whether or not to sign the new deal on the table from Yeovil.
