Sandro's agent has denied receiving any offers about the availability of the Tottenham midfielder.
The Brazilian moved to White Hart Lane last summer and has had a solid first season in the Premier League, gradually becoming a more important member of Harry Redknapp's side.
Speculation has nevertheless started to surface suggesting he could be set to leave Spurs, with a number of leading Italian clubs thought to be interested in securing the 22-year-old's services.
Agent Luiz Paulo Chignall admits his client would like to play in Serie A at some point in the future, but says he is fully committed to Tottenham at the current time.
Chignall insists he has not been contacted by anyone looking to sign Sandro, and is concerned about how such a story got out.
"Reading the newspapers I read that many clubs are interested in Sandro, like Inter Milan, AC Milan, Roma and Real Madrid," he told tuttomercatoweb.
"But I have not received any proposal and no one has talked to me.
"I am a bit worried, because no intermediary is entitled to speak on behalf of Sandro. My concern is that someone has spoken on behalf of Sandro, not being authorised to do so.
"Would Sandro like to play in the Italian Serie A? Yes, but for now he's good for Tottenham."
