Skysports.com understands Falkirk are bracing themselves for a number of bids for winger Ryan Flynn.
Falkirk are resigned to losing their prize asset this summer after failing to win promotion back to the SPL this season.
The Bairns are thought to be open to offers for the skilful winger and the news has alerted a number of clubs north and south of the border.
Flynn has caught the eye at Falkirk since joining the club from Liverpool in September 2009.
The 22-year-old picked up the SPL Young Player of the Month last March and he also won the Young Player of the Round award in the CIS Cup earlier this season.
A number of SPL clubs have kept tabs on Flynn's progress this season and they are ready to offer him the chance to return to Scotland's top flight.
English championship duo Watford and Doncaster are both thought to be admirers of Flynn and are they monitoring his situation.
