Ever Banega has insisted he is happy at Valencia and will not consider his future until the end of the season.
The Argentine midfielder, 22, was heavily linked with a switch to Everton last summer but a move failed to materialise.
Speculation has resurfaced that he could be on his way out of the Mestalla when the transfer window opens again, with Everton still reported to be keeping tabs on his progress.
However, Banega maintains that he is enjoying life with Valencia and is not paying any attention to the transfer talk.
He is happy to concentrate on performing as well as he can until the end of the season, but admits he will then want the situation clarified quickly.
"Right now I am comfortable and happy in Valencia and I would prefer to wait until the season finishes to evaluate things," Banega told the Spanish press.
"I have signed for two years in Valencia and I do not want to be obsessing about my future.
"Valencia are developing a good campaign with new footballers and this is very important for us.
"I have spoken with the club and asked to know what my future will be before the holidays.
"I hope to play the Copa America and I do not want to be disturbed by rumours about my future."
