Grayson pleased with Australian's recovery from injury
Leeds United manager Simon Grayson says the club have not put a timescale on defender Patrick Kisnorbo's potential return to first-team action.
The Australian defender has been on the sidelines for over a year since undergoing surgery to repair his Achilles tendon, which he ruptured against Millwall.
Kisnorbo is now able to join in the warm-up sessions with his team-mates as well as ball work, although Grayson knows that he is still some way from being available for selection.
The former Leicester City man has been a big miss for Leeds this season with the team leaking an incredible 68 goals, just one fewer than bottom of the table Sheffield United.
However, Leeds are the leading scorers and still in with a chance of achieving a play-off spot and Grayson has been pleased with the 30-year-old's efforts to return to full fitness.
"Paddy has worked really, really hard and has got to the stage now where he's been able to join in the warm-up and do some ball-work," he told the club's
official website.
"It's been a long, hard road for him and where he is now is really encouraging. There's still no timescale but we're really pleased with how he's coming along."
