Teenage attacking midfielder Adem Ljajic has shrugged off reported interest from the Premier League, insisting he is happy at Fiorentina.
The 19-year-old Serbia international has been heavily linked with a number of clubs from England and Spain, including top-flight side Everton.
But Ljajic, who was on the brink of a move to Manchester United in 2009 until the deal fell through, is adamant he has no plans to leave the Viola.
He told Sportske: "I read in the newspapers that some clubs from Spain and England are interested in me, but that is just all I can tell you.
"Nobody has talked with me. I'm happy where I am and I'm not thinking about switching clubs.
"Why should I? I'm happy in Florence, I'm playing and doing good."
Ljajic insists he has put the United disappointment behind him and is fully focused on Fiorentina.
"I don't think about that anymore," he added. "Yes, I was one step away from Old Trafford but then I've done my best to forget everything about United.
"I turned the page in my book, signed for Fiorentina and now I'm living my dreams.
"I'm sure that I made the right decisions in my career."
