Striker Ricardo Fuller will be available for Stoke City's FA Cup semi-final clash with Bolton Wanderers on Sunday.
The Jamaican feared he could be suspended for the Wembley showdown after an altercation with a fan during Stoke's 3-2 defeat to Tottenham last week.
However, the Football Association has looked into the matter and deemed the incident too minor to punish, paving the way for an involvement against the Trotters.
A spokesman for the FA said: "We do not tend to react to still images, so we looked at the television footage of the incident.
"After reviewing the footage, it was decided no further action would be taken."
Fuller, 31, has been mainly deployed as an impact substitute this season, making 22 appearances from the bench in comparison to just 14 starts in all competitions.
