West Brom defender Jonas Olsson does not believe that manager Roy Hodgson will be distracted by his reunion with Liverpool.
Saturday will mark the first time Hodgson has faced his former club after being sacked just six months into his hugely disappointing time as manager at Anfield.
It has been speculated that there will be some ill-feeling between the 63-year-old and his ex-employer.
But Olsson thinks that Hodgson's full focus will be on continuing to help West Brom away from Premier League relegation danger.
"It will be blown up by the media I guess," Olsson told his club's official website of Hodgson's Liverpool connections.
"But we have seen what a good manager he is. He is unbeaten since he arrived and has done a brilliant job so far.
"All the players are on board with him and taking in his ideas. He's only had five or so weeks yet we are already seeing the results from the changes he's made."
