Crystal Palace have snapped up Swansea City midfielder Kemy Agustien on loan for the rest of the season.
Agustien joined the Swans on a two-year contract last autumn, but the Dutchman has started only three games in the Championship.
He claimed last month that Swansea had rejected loan offers, but Brendan Rodgers has now allowed the 24-year-old to link up with struggling Palace.
"I felt Kemy needed games," said Swansea boss Rodgers.
"He has found it difficult this season. I brought him in and he is a good lad, but some players are all right if they are not playing and others are not.
"Kemy is the type who wants to play. He came here injured and the players in his position have done very, very well.
"He has another season on his contract with us and, while it hasn't quite happened for him here as he would have wanted, I want to see him getting games. Hopefully, come the start of pre-season, he will be fully fit."
