Leicester City's on-loan defender Patrick van Aanholt is likely to be sidelined for up to a month due to a thigh strain.
Van Aanholt suffered the injury during Leicester's 1-1 draw with Coventry City last weekend and could miss the whole of March.
The Holland Under 21 international has made six appearances for the Foxes since his January arrival from Chelsea and Sven Goran Eriksson acknowledged his absence will be a blow.
However, rather than look for a short-term replacement for Van Aanholt, the Leicester boss is confident he has enough options to maintain his team's play-off push.
"Patrick is out for three or maybe four weeks," Eriksson told the club's official website.
"That is a pity, of course, as he has been very good for us but I am not looking at loans for defenders at this moment.
"We have options. Bruno Berner is a left-back and Kyle Naughton has played at left-back in the past. We could also use Miguel Vitor and Ben Mee can play there as well."
