Tomas Rosicky has called on Arsenal to bounce back from the 'big mistake' which resulted in their Carling Cup final loss to Birmingham.
A mix-up between Wojciech Szczesny and Laurent Koscielny allowed Obafemi Martins to slot home in the 89th minute at Wembley and secure a 2-1 victory for Alex McLeish's Blues.
Sunday's match offered the Gunners a great chance to claim their first major piece of silverware since 2005, but Rosicky insists they must now move on quickly.
Arsene Wenger's men are still fighting for honours in the Premier League, UEFA Champions League and FA Cup, with a replay against Leyton Orient on Wednesday next on the agenda.
"The big games are decided by who makes the most mistakes, and we made the big mistake," Rosicky told Arsenal TV Online.
"Obviously we are very disappointed but we have to pick ourselves up immediately. We have a game on Wednesday so we have to perform.
"The season doesn't finish now. We are still in a good position in other competitions so we have to quickly try to forget this and concentrate on other stuff.
"It's very important to go through to the next round. We have to try to forget about this and move on."
