Liverpool defender Daniel Ayala has joined Derby County on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 20-year-old has struggled to break into the Liverpool first team, not featuring for the Reds this term after spending the beginning of the season at Hull City.
The Spaniard arrived at Anfield from Sevilla in 2007 and has clocked up just five first-team appearances during his time at the club.
Derby boss Nigel Clough will hope the defender can help shore up the Rams' defence as they look to progress up the table from 17th place.
