The 20-year-old Uruguay international arrived at the Rosanero in 2009 and has impressed during his time at the club. Hernandez had suggested that Inter president Massimo Moratti was keen on taking him to the San Siro, but he has now played down his comments. "Moratti said he would be happy to take me? It was just a joke," he said. "I am here at Palermo and I am very happy to grow with the Rosanero shirt. "I hope coach Delio Rossi remains, who is an important reference for me. "We are a great team with great players and a great coach. I think we can go far, even qualify for the Champions League."
