Lee Cattermole has received good reviews of new team-mates Stephane Sessegnon and Sulley Muntari.

Muntari and Sessegnon making an impact on Wearside

Sunderland captain Lee Cattermole thinks that the signings of Stephane Sessegnon and Sulley Muntari are good indications that the club is moving in the right direction. Manager Steve Bruce brought in Sessegnon on a permanent deal from Paris St Germain last weekend, while former Portsmouth midfielder Muntari has arrived on loan from Inter Milan. Cattermole has yet to play with the pair due to a back injury, but has been receiving positive reviews from his Stadium of Light team-mates. "What I'm hearing from the lads is that they think Stephane is a good player and has been sharp in training," Cattermole told Sunderland's official website "He is a good signing and of course everyone knows what Sulley can do. It's good that we are signing players from clubs like Inter Milan and PSG. "By brining them in the gaffer is showing he's happy to play a different system with only one striker."
