Winger returns to English football until the end of the season

Millwall have completed the signing of Algerian winger Hameur Bouazza on a contract until the end of the season from Arles-Avignon. Skysports.com revealed earlier this week that Millwall were leading the chase to bring the former Watford and Fulham wide-man back to English football. Coventry, Middlesbrough and Sheffield Wednesday had also shown an interest in the 25-year-old, but Bouazza has opted for a switch to The Den. Bouazza had played a part in Blackpool winning promotion to the Premier League last season before linking up with French side Arles in the summer. However, he has now left the Ligue 1 strugglers to sign a short-term deal with Kenny Jackett's side and will hope to impress during his time with the Lions. The transfer was not completed in time for Bouazza to be available for Millwall's Championship clash with Barnsley on Friday evening.
