Swansea's Joe Allen has returned to the Wales Under-21 squad for the friendly against Northern Ireland next month in Wrexham.
The midfielder will be Brian Flynn's most experienced player in the squad, having earned full caps in the Euro 2012 qualifiers against Montenegro and Bulgaria.
He is joined in the 18-man party by Cardiff full-back Adam Matthews, who too has been awarded full honours.
Flynn has also named two new caps in Newcastle defender Paul Dummett
and another Cardiff player, midfielder Jonathan Meades.
