Algeria international set to leave AEK

Rafik Djebbour expects to be on the move during the winter window, but will not reveal where he is heading. The Algeria international is currently on the books of AEK Athens, but has confirmed that he is poised to leave Greece before the end of January. Numerous clubs are reported to hold an interest in the 26-year-old striker, with sides from across Europe believed to be on his trail. French league leaders Lille are said to be in pole position to strike a deal, but Bundesliga side Stuttgart and ambitious Premier League outfit Blackburn are also in the running.

Relaxed

Djebbour admits that he has a number of options to consider before leaving Athens, but has stopped short of revealing the identity of his preferred destination. "I have no comment to make on this matter at the moment," he told skysports.com. "But, to be honest, there are a lot of clubs showing an interest in me. "I am relaxed and will move very soon, but AEK need to be happy before anything can happen."
